Orders & Payments

  1. Orders are confirmed after payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) selection.
  2. Payment methods: Esewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer, QR Code, COD.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Standard delivery: 2ā€“5 working days nationwide.
  2. Flat delivery charge: Rs. 200; free delivery on select orders.
  3. Delivery delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  2. Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
